DetailsBlindSpot uses real leaves and branches to make the molds for these small lidded keepsake boxes. The larger rectangular box is 6" x 9" and about 3" tall including the knob, and measures 5 3/8" x 8 3/8" x 2" on the interior. We use them to store jewelry, special shells, cocktail napkins and even a small remote control. The box is made of Bamboo and we make the lids in the studio using fiber reinforced gypsum cement. They are finished with natural shellac and metallic pigments in 16 unique patinas.
